Contact

One address, read by a person. There is no contact form, because a form here would only collect data we would rather not hold.

Email

Write to hello@delimiter.live. Please put the tool name in the subject line so it reaches the right place quickly.

Reporting a bug in a tool

The most useful bug report contains four things:

  • The tool's URL.
  • The exact input you used — or a small sample that reproduces it, if the real input is confidential.
  • What you expected the output to be.
  • What you actually got.

Your browser and operating system help too. The browser information tool produces a summary you can copy straight into an email.

Requesting a tool

Tell us what task you are trying to finish rather than only the tool you have in mind — often the quickest answer is that an existing tool already does it, and if it does not, knowing the real job produces a better tool. Requests that would require scanning, probing or collecting personal data at scale will be declined.

Corrections to page content

Every tool page includes explanations, limitations and FAQs written by hand. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which sentence and it will be fixed.

Privacy questions

Questions about data handling go to the same address. The privacy policy lists precisely which tools send data to the server and which do not.

Response times

This is a small site run alongside other work, so replies are not instant. We do not publish a response-time commitment we could not keep.
